Obituary
Connie Lea Eberline, cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on December 28, 2024, in Romulus, Michigan, at the age of 81. Born on February 21, 1943, in Wayne, Michigan, Connie shared her warmth and kindness with everyone she met throughout her life.
Connie dedicated many years of service as a lineworker at Unistrut, where her diligent work ethic and positive spirit were appreciated by all who worked alongside her. Outside of her professional life, Connie found immense joy in camping, landscaping her property, spending time with her sisters, playing cards, having "Girls Day" around the pool, and any planned family events, Connie was always there. She had a deep love for flowers and took pride in tending to her flower beds when she could. Her yard was a testament to her hard work and passion.
Family was the cornerstone of Connie's life. She spent countless joyful hours with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren as well as her great-great grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Connie's heart was as vast as it was kind; she welcomed everyone with open arms and never hesitated to offer her love and support to those around her. Her non-judgmental nature and generous spirit made her a beloved figure in her community and among her many friends.
Connie is preceded in death by her beloved sister Kathy, and her devoted parents, Ervin and Elsie. She leaves behind her loving husband of 63 wonderful years, Bob, who stood by her side through life's many adventures. Her daughters, Tammi (Mark) Cullen and Lorri Allen, will carry on her legacy of love and kindness. Connie’s grandchildren, Brian (Maria), Joe (Erin), Dave (Karen), Bobby (Kait), Chelsea, and Relic (Steven), as well as her great-grandchildren, Ben, Maddie, and Levi, and her great-great-grandchildren, of whom she was so proud to be of; Sahara and Sarina, were the light of her life.
She is also survived by her twin sister Bonnie (John), sisters Debbi (Martin) and Pam, along with several nieces and nephews who will remember her fondly.
Connie's presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love and acceptance will continue to inspire those she leaves behind
