EDMONDSON, Diana R., age 75, of Flat Rock, went to meet our Heavenly Father December 04, 2019 after a period of declining health. Beloved wife of Larry Edmondson. Loving mother of Michelle (Marvin) Holliday of New Boston, MI and Melissa (Gary) Hansz of Goodrich, MI. Dearest grandmother of Justin Johnson, Hunter Hansz, Joshua Hansz, Noah Hansz, Sawyer Hansz, Griffin Hansz and Claudia Hansz. She is also survived by her sister Beth Jensen, Godchild Kelly Q. and two adopted sons Robert and Garrett, nephew Mike, Nieces Kimmy and Micaela. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Chris. Family would like to give a special thanks to Diana’s caregiver Ann Honaker for her dedication and love.Diana was born in Detroit, MI., on August 12, 1944. She was the daughter of Bernard and Judy Jensen (Forth). She married Larry Edmondson on July 19, 1974 in Ringgold, Georgia. They were married for 45 years. Diana was a member of the Flat Rock First United Methodist Church. She was a hospice volunteer for Arbor Angels. She enjoyed many years traveling all over 43 of the 48 United States with her friends from The Motor City Cushman Club and the Cushman Club of America. Be still and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10.
