Loretta Ann Edmonds, 81, passed on October 13, 2022
She was born on September 7, 1941 in Dearborn, MI to Eleanor Marie Walker and Norman Merrill Walker. Loretta was raised with her sister Nevelda Briggs and brother Scottie Walker. She graduated from Wayne Memorial High School class of 1960.
Married Cecil Lynn Edmonds on August 10, 1963 at Forest Avenue Baptist Church raised four children Sonia LaRue Rayburn (Ray), Carmen Lisa Hayes (Dave), Cecil Lynn Edmonds Jr., and Roman David Edmonds (Toni). She resided in Belleville, Michigan to raise her family. Loretta was blessed with five grandchildren Hope N. Davis, Arianna G. Edmonds, Jesse R. Varitek, Noah D. Edmonds and the late Joshua E. Varitek. She has one great-grandchild Jonah E. Varitek
She enjoyed her church and attended on a regular basis until her health declined. She enjoyed having a garden and canning her harvest every fall.
