Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Amanda Freshour, 79, of Belleville, Michigan on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Her family was the center of her world, and she filled their lives with warmth, laughter, and endless love. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Amanda took immense pride in her family, especially her children and 5 grand and great-grandchildren. She was a model of love, guidance, and unwavering support.
Amanda is survived by her devoted husband, Thomas N. Freshour; and her loving children, Bonnie Roberts (Chris Roberts) and Thomas D. Freshour (Sharon Beetham). One of the greatest joys of her life were her 4 grandchildren – Jordan (Lance), Brendan, Jake and Madison and her 1 great grandchild Theo.
Amanda lived her life with joy, laughing with friends and family. She enjoyed gardening and the comforts of home. She had a gift for lighting up a room with her smile, and her kindness, and zest for life will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
Memorial contributions can be made in Amanda’s name to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
