FINNEY, Charles S., age 63, of Detroit, he passed away on November 04, 2018. Beloved husband of Carrie Finney. Loving father of Rachelle (Daniel Bowman) Finney and Craig (Tifany) Finney. Dearest grandfather of Cierra “Sis”, Daniel “Brubby”, Zachary, Averie and Preston Charles. He is also survived by his sisters Evelyn Rose and Barbara Ann, his brothers James Evans and John Raymond and many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son Steven “Jr.” Finney, his mother Mary Finney and his sister Betty Jean.
