FRANKLIN, Charlotte J., age 87, of Riverview, December 10, 2023. Loving mother of Theresa (Rev. Steve) Love, Violet Lowe, and Sherry (Rick) Schmitt. Dearest grandmother of Stephen, Kerri, Shavone, April, Summer, Kristin, Hunter, Erich, great-grandmother of Dakota, Cameron, Phen, Xander, Liam, and great-great-grandmother of Cyrus. She is survived by her furry friend Baby and her daughter-in-law Carol Franklin. She is preceded in death by her son Charles E. Franklin, parents Robert and Georgia Miller, and granddaughter Danielle Franklin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
