Obituary
Elaine Sharon Fultz, born on August 2, 1952, in Hammond, Indiana, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024, in Flint, Michigan, at the age of 72.
Elaine devoted her professional life to her work in cleaning services, where she was known for her dedication and strong work ethic. Her personal interests were many and varied, reflecting a vibrant and creative spirit. She was an avid bingo player who found joy in the community playing at the Senior Center, PACE, and Warwick AFC. Crafting was another of her cherished pastimes, as she delighted in the creation of many handmade items. Elaine loved dressing up for Halloween, everything about Christmas, collecting Knick Knacks and spending time in Frankenmuth.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Frances Rowden, her daughter Laurie Fultz-Richie, her brothers Gerald Rowden, Robert W. Rowden, James Rowden, Donald Rowden, her daughter-in-law L. Fultz, her brother-in-law Larry Taylor and her beloved dog Mopsy.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, survived by her son Robert Fultz Jr., her daughter Tina (Scott) Phillpotts, her son-in-law John Ritchie, and her adored grandchildren Spencer, Zachary, and Garrett. She also will be missed by her sisters Kathleen Taylor, Patricia Rowden and Lisa (Mark) Vaksdal. Elaine is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and her long-time friend Richard Gaynier.
Elaine will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
