FRATTARELLI, Elise C., age 75, of Woodhaven, March 18, 2024. Beloved wife of Tomaso Frattarelli. Loving mother of Amanda Frattarelli and Dane (Azita) Frattarelli. Dearest grandmother of Luciana and Bellina. She is survived by her siblings Lawrence Winter, David (Jo Rae) Winter and Janis (Darrell) Seelinger. She is preceded in death by her parents Ben and Gloria Winter. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
