Obituary

John Joseph Fronczak, Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025, in Dearborn, Michigan. He was born on November 9, 1942, in Wyandotte, Michigan, and lived a full and vibrant life for 82 years.

John was a man of many passions, including hunting and fishing, which allowed him to indulge his love for the outdoors. He also enjoyed spirited games of euchre, where his smartass wit and charismatic nature often shone through. Known for his stubbornness, John possessed a remarkable charm that endeared him to all who knew him.

He shared 39 wonderful years with his beloved wife, Ilene Fronczak, whose love and companionship were the cornerstone of his life. Together, they built a loving family, cherishing every moment spent with their children and grandchildren.

John is survived by his devoted wife Ilene and his children Gary Fronczak, David Fronczak, and Christopher Fronczak. His legacy continues through his grandchildren, Scott, Jessica, Johnathan, Angela (Darrell), Alicia, Alex, and Daniel, as well as numerous great-grandchildren who held a special place in his heart. He is also survived by his brother Gerald (Carolyn) Fronczak, with whom he shared a lifetime of memories.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Bernice Fronczak; his children, John Allen Fronczak and Denise Wargo; his great-grandchild, Darrell Anderson II; and his brothers Ronald and Donald Fronczak.

John will be deeply missed by his family and friends. His humor, spirit, and love for those around him will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Condolences

  • I've only spent a few times with John mostly at the bar celebrating family birthdays. He was a very friendly man who always smiled😁. He was very welcoming to me when I was introduced to the family. Such a sweetie💖. I loved his sense of humor🤣 Kim Vigneau
  • Thank you John for sharing your Birthday month with me, I will miss this. Thank you for welcoming me into your family. I am thankful for knowing you for the past twenty five years. You will be missed but memories are forever. Tina
  • I'm sorry to hear of John's passing. I knew John for many years. He always had a big smile, and I'm pretty sure while playing cards, it was a mocking smile due to my lack of card skills. Lol. He was a great guy, a winner, and I'm happy to have known him. My sincere condolences to Jerry and his family. I know he was a good brother and will be missed. John Joseph Fronczyk
