RICHARD JAMES FORSMAN (POPS)FORSMAN, Richard J., age 77, of Southgate, August 3, 2009. Beloved husband of Doris Forsman. Loving father of Victor H. (Suzanne) Forsman, James (Christin) Forsman and Carrie (Jerry) Heck. Dear grandfather of Richard II (Angela), Bryan, Nicole, Eric, Benjamin, Keith, Michael (Elisa), Katie and great-grandfather of Victor III, Zachary and Brandon. He is also survived by his brother Donald Smith and his sister Mary Jane Krieger. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Marian Forsman, and his brothers Bob and Brian Forsman. Richard was a Korean War Vet who served with in the Air Force. He also belonged to the Amateur Radio Relay League and the Motor City Radio League.
