Obituary

Theodore Brian Ferency passed away peacefully on December 30, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on June 18, 1942, Theodore lived a life full of love, adventure, and cherished connections.

A proud Army veteran, Theodore served his country with honor and dedication. After his service, he found solace and joy in boating on the Great Lakes, an activity he enjoyed for over 25 years. It was on these waters that he met many of his closest friends, sharing countless memorable moments alongside his beloved wife, Rebecca which he shared 45 years of wonderful marriage.

Theodore was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore (Betty) Ferency and Marjorie (Chet) Kozinski. He is survived by his devoted spouse, Rebecca Ferency, and their four children: Matthew Ferency, Andrew (Erin) Ferency, Kevin (Barbara) Noble, and Cheryl (Brandon) Ferency-Pavlick. His legacy continues through his four grandchildren: Alexander, Adara, Colette, and Henry. He also leaves behind his siblings, Dennis, Donna, Karen, and Chet along with numerous nieces and nephews that he loved who will miss him dearly.

Theodore will be remembered for his hearty laughter, his passion for the open water, and his unwavering love for his family and friends. May his memory be cherished by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Leukemia Foundation.
