Frank, William J., age 67, of Southgate, January 2, 2014. Beloved husband of Mildred. Loving father of Kathryn Frank and William James Frank Jr. Dearest grandfather of Bailey. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Betty Jane Frank and his sister, Linda Boughner. Mr. Frank proudly served his country, and retired from the US Army in the 101st Airborne division for 18 ½ years. He loved cooking, playing guitar, camping and playing cards with his family and friends. He loved taking care of and spending time with Bailey, Kyra and Elyse.
