Obituary

GRAY, Donald R., age 57, of Belleville, April 09, 2017. Beloved husband of Renee Gray. Loving father of Angela Gray, Don Gray, Shelly Gray, Kimberly Gray and Austin Gray. Dear grandfather of Jacob, Cheyanne and Luke. He is also survived by his sister Margie (Richard) Chudzinski and brother David Gray. Don had a passion for tinkering on anything with an engine and spending time with his family. He was never without a smile when spending time with his grandchildren. He had such a big heart when it came to caring for others that he would be there for anyone a part of his life no matter day or night. Don was very active in his church community at Willis Baptist Church with Pastor Jim McKinnies officiating. He is preceded in death by his parents Sam and Kathleen Gray, sister Susan Gray and granddaughter Adilynn

  • We are so sorry to hear of the loss of a dear and wonderful friend and brother in Christ. Don was loved by everyone that crossed his path. He had a way of knowing what you needed even before you knew you needed it yourself. We are so blessed to have gotten to know Don over the last few years. He was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand and to give words of encouragement. My wife and I are comforted by the thought that we will see Don again some day. • Renee and Family, Sending our Love and Prayers to you. Don will be missed by all who crossed his path. He was a good man. Norbert knew him since he was a small boy you know from the neighborhood. I would stand on Sundays' and hear those two talk about things that they remembered since childhood, good memories. I am with the confidant that we will see him again some day soon.
