Dear grandfather of Meaghan, David, Amanda, Allen, Alvin, Christina, Anthony, Leah and great-grandfather of Constance, Tatianna and Lilly. He is also survived by his sister Mary Kulow and his brother Carl Griffis. He was preceded in death by his son John Griffis, his daughter-in-law Janie Griffis, his parents Julius and Hattie Griffis and his sister Ruth Cooper.
