GOINS~ARNETT, Wanda, age 71 of Lincoln Park, September 3, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Carl Goins. Loving mother of Tammy (Dwayne) Cone, Tim (Linette) Goin and Kim (Troy) Davenport . Dearest grandmother of 14 and great-grandmother of 13. She is also survived by her sisters Dorothy Caylor and Phyllis Nichols and many loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her 2nd husband Charles Arnett, her parents Henry and Magnolia Nichols, her brothers Silus, Everett, Austin and Sonny.
