GERSTMEYER, William C., age 86, of Romulus, passed away on May 26, 2023. Beloved husband of Mary Alice Gerstmeyer. Loving father of Paula (Ira) Campbell, William (Dennis Grappin) Gerstmeyer, Tracey (Frank Simone) Constable, Richard Kirtus (Cheryl) Constable, and Jill (Amy) Gerstmeyer. Dearest grandfather of Ashley, Andrew, Kelsey, Gage, Michael, Jameson, and great-grandfather of Brooklyn, Aiden, Piper, Riley, and Jaxson. He is survived by his brother Dennis (Linda) Gerstmeyer and many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Mary Gerstmeyer and his 2 sisters. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project. His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
