HELWIG, Arleen L., age 71, of Monroe, March 11, 2019. Loving sister of Charles (Margie) Helwig and Carol (Timothy) Harman. Arleen was a graduate of Michigan State University. She worked in the health food industry for over 35 years. She was a member of the Herb Associates at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, where she spent many volunteer hours working in the gardens there. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, culinary cooking, and baking delicious desserts. She is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Mildred Helwig, her sisters Elaine (Jim) Jensen, Marilyn (Dale) Lehman, her brother Robert (Helen) Helwig and her nephew Michael Jensen.
