Carol Ann Hayward age 72, of West Virginia entered eternal life on February 4, 2016. She was born on October 5, 1942 to Charles and Elizabeth Gubaci. She lived and worked for many years in New York where she met and married Allen Hayward on May 30, 1974. Preceded in death by her husband and both parents, her brothers Charles, Andy, and Mike Gubaci and two sisters Helen Girard and Wilma Long . She is survived by her sister Bette Schrock and brother Paul Gubaci, three sister in laws Bonnie, Connie, and Carol Gubaci, and many loving nieces and nephews. She will be loved and remembered with a quiet memorial service at Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
