HIGGINS, Charles H., age 88, of New Boston, May 20, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Elva Higgins. Loving father of William H. Franklin and the late Cathy Higgins~Labrozzi. Dear grandfather of James, Haleigh and Casey. He is also survived by his sister Louise Stone. He is preceded in death by parents, his sister Eva Mae and his brother John. Interment in Michigan Memorial Park.
