Obituary

HUNTLEY, Charles R., age 90, of Westland, September 04, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Huntley. Loving father of Ronald Huntley, Jane (Gary) Cracknell and Janet Stewart. Dear grandfather of Heather Huntley, Chelsea (Tyler) Kolly, Mallory Cracknell and Ashley (Jeff) Greenfield. Dearest great grandfather of Glenn, Grant and Ava. He is also survived by his brother David (Joan) Huntley. He is preceded in death by his siblings Robert Huntley and Glenn Huntley.

Condolences

I am proud to have known Chuck. I met him at the Westland Farmers Market when I began showing my wares at that location. He was always very polite and most helpful. He showed a courtesy to others that is not given by many in this day and age. He was a very skillful wood crafter and conscientious about his labors to perfect his craft. He had a great knowledge of a variety of topics--historical, political, medical, news events, and of course wood crafting. It was always a pleasure to converse with him. He will be greatly missed.
