HURD, Douglas,Sr., age 79, of Prescott, October 16, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Darlene Hurd and the late Barbara Hurd. Loving father of Dennis (Ann) Dailey, Roy (Tracy) Dailey, Jeannie (Tod Debenedet) Baber, Douglas Hurd, Jr., Raymond Hurd, Bob Cook and Wayne Cook. Dearest grandfather of 19 and great-grandfather of 26. He is also survived by his sister Gertha Covell and his brother Charles Hurd. He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Charlette Hurd and 12 siblings. Douglas was a member of the Masonic Lodge of West Branch, MI.

I will miss my uncle so much!!!! He would stop by out of the blue or call. He was always a joker. He was always fun to be around!!!! He had a tough side and showed me he was a marshmallow inside. ♥️ He fought a good long fight to stay with us.
