Obituary
It is with very heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jane Lee Hamilton, a beloved mother, wife, sister and friend who passed away on September 23, 2026 at the age of 61. She was born on November 1st, 1964 to Margaret and Rene Wittesaele in Detroit Michigan and grew up with loving parents and 4 older sisters.
Jane graduated from Carlson High School and also attended Henry Ford Community College. She worked for several employers over the years and most recently for DSV Air and Sea and had only very recently retired.
Jane was a soft-spoken, kindhearted person who always worried more about other people than herself. She was loved by so many, including her family as well as many close friends. Everyone who knew Jane loved her dearly.
She is survived by her husband Terry Hamilton as well as her son Joel Hamilton, 3 sisters and their husbands including Janet and Michael Falk, Joyce and Michael McNabb and Jill and David Gerlach as well as nieces and nephews on both sides of the family as well as other family members and in-laws on both sides of the family.
Jane was a loving and devoted mother to her son Joel and a loving and devoted wife to her husband Terry and had deep love for her family and friends. She will be missed beyond words by all who knew and loved her.
