Obituary

Joseph A. Hughes, Jr. passed away on October 20, 2021. He was 76 years old. He was married to the love of his life, Linda Hughes, for 57 years. He was the loving dad to their three children: Sherri (Dean) Veverica, Kelly Hughes and Joseph Hughes and the best grandpa to Brody. Joe is survived by his sister Martha (Al) Russell and his brother James Hughes. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Jeanie Hughes and his sister Elizabeth Hawthorne.

  • Dear, Hughes and all the family. I am so sorry for the loss. I can't imagine he's gone, I never understood why he left us. Now we understand he's in peaceful no more stuffed. I am so glad I have had to know a wonderful best friend from Linda Hughes and I met Joe's wonderful husband, I know He's a very wonderful man and wonderful father who loves to support all his family and grandchildren and friends. He loves fixing anything. I remembered when I was come to visit Linda's house and his grandson, Brody said “ Grampa can fix anything “, we were good laughing. and we said, “Yes Joe is the best to fix. Anything's..” I am so glad to know Joe, he's a wonderful man. I told Linda Hughes, “ you are so lucky has blessed with him all his life married 57 years “. I know we will miss him so much, now he's without them. It's so hardest to goodbye and I lost my sister too a few months ago. I can't imagine how that's happened in the world now. I am sure Joe is watching over his wife and children and grandchildren. Joe will always be on your side forever, and that's gods promise will see you again. Just remember to trust in God.
