Condolences

  • I am so very sorry for your loss. I knew Les for only a couple years, but in that short time, I knew a man that was a hero. Les was honest, kind and fun. He inspired me in many ways. May he rest in peace. Dick Sherlitz and Paula Stafford
  • So sorry for your loss. It was definitely an honor to know Lester and work with him. He was an incredible fighter and definitely an inspiration. I will never forget him May he Rest In Peace Mary Mary Morreale
  • Les was a light wherever he went. He always made people feel comfortable and at ease. His love and care for others was so evident, so accepting and kind. His big brave Marine heart served him well as he tackled his own disease with grace and courage. His family was the love of his life. My heart is with Shannon, Kevin, Erin and his entire clan during this time of deep sorrow. Lester, we know you are not far from us - only a thin veil separates us. Peace and love. • I feel so honored that this man played such a wonderful and important role in my life. He was smart, kind, humble, optimistic, funny as hell, down to earth, and so incredibly loving. Aunt Shannon, Kevin and Erin: I’m sorry for your loss. He brought so much joy into this world and he loved you all so deeply. And you loved him the same, just as he deserved. I’m going to drink a Coors Light in his honor because that’s what he deserves: honor. Love to you all, Amber Amber
  • To Shannon, Kevin and Erin, I am so sorry that Lester is no longer living in our world. I always enjoyed his sense of humor and his thoughtfulness. Despite the terrible suffering he went through because of his Parkinson's, he kept a resilient spirit and was ready to try a new medical treatment, a newly released chick-flick with his favorite chicks, or a special dessert after dinner out. He gave so much to his country, his family and his friends. And I know my sadness at his passing is just a fraction of the loss you feel. My deepest condolences as we mourn this tremendous hero. Nancy Seubert
  • My sincere sympathy to all the family . Memories will be with you as you go through this very difficult time. Jennie Macoit
