HOWELL, Norma J., age 70, of Riverview, July 12, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Donald Howell. Loving mother of the late Charles Howell and the late Theresa Giltner. Dear grandmother of Julie Howell and great grandmother of David, Vanessa, Morgan and Jozlynn. She is also survived by her sister Diana (Mike) Harris and her son-in-law David Giltner. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Betty Marshall. She will be taken by Horse-Drawn Carriage to Michigan Memorial Park for interment.
