Sallie M. (Johnson) Hardt, age, 71, of Chicago, Illinois, December 22, 2018. Loving mother of Renee (Scott Moehrke) Hardt and Gary Hardt. Dearest grandmother of Wolfe, Gunnar and Charles. She is also survived by her sister Patricia (Jim) Fugate.

A beautiful service for a lovely lady. Renee your eulogy for your Mother was touching and funny. She would have loved it. Chips saxophone solo would have made her swell with pride.
