On Monday, October 29, 2018, Sandra Hughes, passed away at the age of 80. Sandra was born January 9, 1938, in Crandon, WI. She later resided in Michigan with her six brothers and two sisters. Beloved wife of the late James Edward Hughes. Loving mother of Carol (Michael) Parsons, James (Tina) Hughes and Robert Hughes. Dearest grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 9. She is also survived by 5 brothers and 2 sisters. Sandra loved taking care of others. She was a huge support system to her family and friends. Most days Sandra would be lost in a good book while snicking on her chocolates, or playing her favorite Elvis songs. She was preceded in death by her son Michael Kelly Hughes, her parents Joby and Edna Murray and her brother Clayton Murray. . Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
