Obituary
Van R. Hubbard passed away at the age of 74 on November 25, 2022, within the company of his family. Beloved husband to Cynthia Hubbard. Loving father to Vanessa (Christopher) Wild, Catharine Hubbard, and Darren Hubbard. Dearest grandfather to Evelyn Wild and Van Wild. He is survived by his brother John (Cheryl) Hubbard. He is preceded in death by his parents Milton and Dorothy Hubbard.
Van was a Lieutenant in the Navy served in the Mine Division prior to becoming Commander of the Eastern Sea Frontier. Most recently he was an Adjutant with the American Legion at the Carleton Post 66.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Dearborn Hockey Association and mailed to 14900 Ford Road, Dearborn, MI 48126 and indicate in loving memory of Van Hubbard in the memo line.
