HARIG, Vernon L., age 87 of Monroe, May 29, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Emilia, whom he married in 1953. Loving father of Byron (Dianne) Harig, Robert (Donna) Harig and Lee Harig. Dearest grandfather of Todd (Rachel), Kimberly (Mike), Darlane (Phil), Tracey and Michelle (James), great-grandfather of 14 and great-great-grandfather of 1. He is also survived by his sister Carol Ford. He was preceded in death by his siblings Maurice, Virgil, Fritz, Joyce and Bob.He proudly served his Country in WWII with the Navy. Vernon will be deeply missed by family and friends.
