JACOBS, Daniel S. "Jake", age 74, of Lincoln Park, August 23, 2021. Beloved husband of Lynn Jacobs. Loving father of Amy Jacobs, Timothy (Rachel) Jacobs, Daniel Jacobs and Wayne Goodin. Dearest grandfather of Jake, Michaela, Arabella, Angel, Cheyenne and Destiny. He is also survived 7 brothers and sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents Melvin and Florence Jacobs.
