Obituary

JOHNSON, Jeanette, age 85, of Westland, formerly of Taylor, August 14, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Odis V. Johnson. Loving mother of Linda (John) Simon, Donna (Bruce) Snell, Deborah (Ronald) Nightingale and Odis Ray (Patti) Johnson. Loving grandma of Janell, Mike, Keith, Lauren, Allison, Jason, Adam, Jared, Jordan and Erica and great-grandchildren Evan, Audra, Jason, Eric, Drew, Amanda, Tanner, Dylan, Ruth, Noah, Aiden, Oliver, Trevor, Emmerson, Keeton, Mabel, Zachary, Jaxson and Ford and great-great-grandchild Riley. She is preceded in death by her parents Lonzo and Maude Keeton and 10 brothers and sisters. Loving devoted wife, mom and grandma. She loved spending time with family and fixing "country dinners." She was a wonderful person who never knew a stranger. A truly gracious lady who lived her faith and attended North Ridge Church many years and in recent years Berean Bible Church of Livonia. She will be greatly missed.

Sudden loss is hard to understand. We are so sorry to hear of Odis' mother's passing. I am sure she was loved by all and will be greatly missed by all. There was only one and only sweet lady in the neighborhood that kept everyone feed sleepovers and under control. She was A godsend to me alone and a true rock of a lady.
