Obituary

Robert Edward Jack, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away on April 7, 2026, in Taylor, Michigan, at the age of 67. Born on June 25, 1958, in Wyandotte, Michigan, Robert lived a full life surrounded by family and friends who cherished him deeply.

Bob had a passion for the game of pool and was an enthusiastic participant in three local leagues. He also found great joy in flying remote-controlled helicopters, a pastime that brought him endless hours of entertainment. An avid competitive shooter, Bob enjoyed honing his skills and sharing this interest with others. Additionally, he loved the thrill of riding four-wheelers and dirt bikes, always eager for the next adventure.

Above all else, Bob cherished spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who were the light of his life. His warm presence and gentle spirit will be profoundly missed by those who knew him.

Bob is preceded in death by his father, William Jack. He leaves behind a loving family: his devoted wife, Wanda Sue; his mother, Joni Hankes; his children, William David (Santana) Lehman, Jennifer Lynn (Patrick) Harlow, Daniel Anthony Lehman, and James Michael Lehman; and his 14 grandchildren, Patrick, Tyler, Audrey, Ashlie, Christina, Katlynn, Raven, Rebecca, Savannah, Arianna, Bailey, Ciara, and Lucas. He was also blessed with seven great-grandchildren, Oliver, Michael, Theodore, Arthur, Sam, Violet, Layla, and one more on the way.

Bob is survived by his siblings, Jeffrey (Carol) Jack, Lezlie (Andy) Martin, and Debbie (Steve) Dackiw. His legacy continues through his nieces and nephews, Shelby, Kasey, Bryan, Justin, Jordan, Ethan, Stephanie, and Nick, as well as his best friends, Larry Piskorowski and Michael Baggett, who were like brothers to him.

In the hearts of all who knew him, Bob's memory will live on. His love, laughter, and zest for life will never be forgotten. He will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Gleaners Community Food Bank.
