Dear grandfather of Christopher, Brook, Kaiden and Aydia. Dearest great grandfather of Maisen, Penelope and Syris. He is also survived by his brother Ronald (Rachel) Kusak and sister Diane Cummings. He is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Stella Kusak.
