- John & Girls- Mary Kaye was member of our family, as are all of you. We have countless memories of our times together: at Mackinac, the lake, our homes and Canada. She was a loving, selfless, sweet, caring, compassionate, generous woman, who we proudly called friend, tho she was much more than that. We’ll miss her laugh, her smile and her warm heart. There are no words to convey our deep sadness for you incalculable loss; know that we will keep her in our hearts and will happily share our recollections of our times together. She will never be forgotten and her unwavering spirit will live on in her remarkable & devoted daughters. We are here for you all, now and as long as we live. Jack & Patty Klarr
- I had the pleasure of working with Mary Kaye and it truly was a pleasure. She was the perfect foil to my cynical nature. She often spoke of her family, horses, and life. She faced work and life challenges head-on and with a strong attitude. Please accept my sincerest condolences and know my thoughts are with you. Bill Tripp
- Dearest Konkel Family ~ my heart is so heavy for the loss of my childhood friend and childhood neighbor. I enjoyed our reconnecting as we talked about our memories, our children and parents as we did our morning walks through Michigan Memorial. She was a kind, thoughtful and loving friend, wife, mother, sister. She loved life and she loved her family. I will miss her. May God’s strength get you all through the coming hours, days, months and years. Prayers to you all Wanda (Roupe) Klimaszewski

May you cherish your fond memories to help you through this oh-so-difficult time in your lives. Having never meant your mom, I know she was a very special person based on her two special daughters that I was fortunate to have worked with while the two of you attended MSU. Hugs to you both!
