Obituary

Beth Murdock Lambert, born on October 9, 1960, in Trenton, Michigan, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Beth will be remembered for her gentle heart, unwavering kindness, and remarkable ability to make friends wherever she went. Her warmth touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

A devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt, Beth found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. She was an especially compassionate person, showing extraordinary patience and tenderness with both the youngest and oldest members of her family. At various times in her life, she provided care and support within her family, always approaching others with patience and compassion.

In her younger years, Beth enjoyed ice skating, roller skating and ceramics. Throughout her life, she found happiness in simple pleasures—playing Bingo, sharing games of Uno with family and friends, and making trips to the casino. At the bingo table, Beth was often found helping others by playing cards for those who were unable to manage their own. Even through life's challenges, Beth never lost her caring spirit or her compassion for others.

Beth is survived by her son, Robert; her daughter, Laura; her beloved granddaughter, Riley; her siblings, Susan, Sue Ann, Anne (Terry), Laurie, Barbara, and Robert (Brenda); and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, dear friends, and her grandcat, Pablo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Joan Murdock; her sister, Nancy; and her brother-in-law, Thomas.

Beth's kindness, generosity, and loving heart will forever remain in the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.

Funeral services will be held at Michigan Memorial Funeral Home on July 5. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m.
