Obituary

LOWE, Helen J., age 96, of Macomb, February 26, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Hayes Lowe. Dear grandmother of George (Glenda) Wallace and great grandmother of Jessica and Jakob Wallace. She is also survived by her brother Glen (Nell) Blankenship. Helen was an avid reader, she loved so many things like gardening, sewing, quilting, cooking and baking. She also had love for people and was a great listener and friend. She is preceded in death by her son George Archie Wallace II, husband George Archie Wallace I, parents George and Rebecca Blankenship, brothers Herbert, James. Leonard and Ronnie Blankenship and her sisters Maggie Aldridge,Virginia Tilley, Mona Rita Hatfield and Pauline Coleman.

Condolences

  • We are saddened but take comfort that she is finally home. She was always so proud of our boys and loved hearing about their news. I remember them playing in her yard, collecting little stones. We are praying for Aunt Helen’s Family during this difficult time. Marilyn Koziatek
