John Morgan Lemonds, born on March 30, 1936, in Henry County, Tennessee, passed away on August 27, 2024, in Livonia, Michigan, at the age of 88.
John was a dedicated and hardworking man who served as a Supervisor at DTE for many years. He earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues through his unwavering commitment to his job and his strong work ethic.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, John and Fay Lemonds.
John is survived by his devoted wife, Patricia; his loving daughter, Denise (Dan) Wilkinson; and his cherished son, Kevin (Nora) Lemonds. He will also be lovingly remembered by his brother, William (the late Caren) Lemonds.
His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Matthew (Lexi) Lemonds, Thomas (Yvonne) Lemonds, Kari (Corey) Campbell, and Ryan Wilkinson. John was further blessed with great-grandchildren Evelyn, Quinn, Penny, Stella, and Kacey, who will carry forward the memory of their great-grandfather.
John Morgan Lemonds will be deeply missed by all who knew him and whose lives he touched. May he rest in eternal peace.
