Joyce Anne Langton, born on July 26, 1942, in Monroe, MI, passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on November 21, 2025, in Southgate, MI.
A woman of many talents, Joyce had a passion for sewing, quilting, painting, baking, and gardening. Her creative spirit was evident in every quilt she crafted and every painting she lovingly produced. Joyce's home was always filled with the comforting aroma of freshly baked goods, and her garden was a testament to her love for nature and beauty.
Joyce cherished the simple pleasures in life, especially her daily ritual of enjoying coffee and cookies. Her warmth and generosity were felt by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Fredrick and Lucille VanWassehnova; her dear daughter, Sheryl Langton; and her siblings, Leonard, Ronald, Marion, Shirley, and Robert.
Joyce is survived by her loving children, Scott (Enza) Langton, Ken Langton, and Brian (Sarah) Langton. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Marisa, Jared, Ashley, and Sean, who brought immense joy to her life.
Joyce will be remembered for her kindness, creativity, and the love she shared with family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
