LAVE, Joyce, age 73, of Westland, May 29, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Dalton Russell Lave. Loving mother of Tony (Marlene) Lave, Scott (Andrea) Lave, Gary (Sherrie) Lave, and Wendy (Cameron) Wood. Dearest grandmother of Rebecca, Samantha, T. J., Marc, Keiley, Joelle, Justin, and great-grandmother of Lilley, Aubree, Rylee, Owen, Noah, Malakai, Lynleigh, Kennedy, and Mackenzie. She is survived by her siblings Chester Caudill, Judy Roberts, Darlene Thurston, and Dottie Deska. She is preceded in death by her son Mark Lave. Joyce loved to collect dolls of all kinds. She was an avid reader, especially nonfiction novels. She loved cats and her dog Charlie. She loved her family and she will be loved and missed by many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation. Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
