LUCAS, Morris L., age 83, of Winchester, KY., April 17, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Madeline “Faye” Lucas. Loving father of Debbie (Bart Patterson) Bingham. Dearest grandfather of Madilyn (Justyn) Anderson and Bryson Bingham. He is survived by his siblings Vernon (Barbara) Lucas, Judy Miller, Jewel (Jimmy) Conley, Tim (Debbie) Lucas and sisters-in-law Charlotte (Robert) McPeek and Sherry (Goebel) Craft and dozens of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Thurman Lucas. Morris loved to visit and call his family and friends. He enjoyed cars, restoring cars, car shows, and beautifying his yard. He loved his church, reading his bible and working with his colleagues at Midwest Steel in Detroit. He enjoyed magic shows and music. He also loved going on adventures when visiting Debbie, Bart, Bryson, Madilyn and Justyn in Vegas. He moved from Michigan to Boonesboro Trail Senior Living in Winchester, KY after Faye’s passing. He made wonderful friends (residents and staff) and loved living there.
