Condolences

  • Well Dad right now we are really trying to keep it together. Mom is being very well taken care of. We have been sitting and telling stories and remembering all the great times we shared with you. Your family and friends have been there also. We cannot believe you are gone but we know it was God calling you home. You had a lot of battles in your life. Now that you are in Heaven with the Lord you no longer have to deal with earthly struggles. No more limping from the polio you battled as a child. No more checking your sugar when eating that huge piece of cake. No more Pain No more Tears No more Trials No more Fears. You are safe in the arms of God. We will always love you Your Loving Son Scott Mr Lance

  • I didn’t know Mr Lance but I knew his son Paul and daughter in law Wendy. My heart breaks for them and their family. Wendy talked about Mr & Mrs Lance all the time when she was caring for my mom. I send prayers for comfort during this difficult time and you all are in my Thoughts & Prayers❤️ Love, Theresa Theresa Lazarz
  • In the few short years we got to know Steve there is no doubt in my mind that he is with our Lord and God at this very moment. He will so missed by all who knew and loved him. Rest in peace Steve. Until we meet again. Steve Lance
  • I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Steve Lance at EES Coke for several years. He was a gem to work with. He always, always supported me with the projects in his area that I worked on. He always welcomed me and was glad to see me. I was glad to see him and work with him daily too. He worked as hard, diligent, and smart as anyone I have ever known. Steve's legacy lives on in all of us at the plant and with his family and friends. Mike Lafferty
  • Candy, we are so sorry that you have lost Steve but we are so happy that we had him in our lives. Prayers continue to go up for you, your family and friends who will miss him so much. I remember so many good times we had together so long ago in Michigan and Arkansas oh, and that trip to Biloxi! We love you and will keep you in our prayers. Mel Lowe
  • I am heartbroken to hear of Steve's passing. He was one of the finest Christians I knew. At Lincoln Park, Ron and I could call on Steve to assist us and he would kindly and quickly help. He was a hard worker for the Lord and His people. My prayers are with you and your family. Donna White
  • When I think of you and Steve, I remember how kind you both were to me as I grew up at Lincoln Park. You both took me under your wing and always made me feel safe, loved and valued. You trusted me to watch Paul and Scott as babies and that meant a great deal to me. I enjoyed the time I spent in your home learning skills that would stick with me for a lifetime. Watching the two of you serve your church family and love them unconditionally was also a lesson that has impacted me. My heart and prayers are with you. Jeanne Graham
  • My Deepest Sympathy to the family. Steve and I sang at MCC many years ago. Will be missed Kenneth Davis
