Obituary
Arleen Judith Megyesi, born on March 26, 1940, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on September 22, 2025, in Taylor, Michigan, at the age of 85. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who loved her.
Arleen was preceded in death by her cherished husband, James P. Megyesi; her parents, Robert and Bernita; and her sister, Lynette Wilson. Her enduring love and dedication to her family were reflected in the joy she brought to their lives.
She is survived by her loving children: Christine (Burton) Bargerstock, Susan (Mike) Gilbert, James (Alexis) Megyesi, and Kyle (Kelli) Megyesi. Arleen's legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren: Burton, Catherine, Grace, Lauren, Megan, Emily, Aaron, Zack, Noah, Riley, Josh, Lila, and Maddi, as well as her treasured great-grandchildren: Leon, Azalea, and Daniel.
Arleen is also survived by her brother, Herb Wilson (Sue), whose bond with her remained strong throughout their lives.
