Barbara Mustafa (Jones), 81 of Fredericksburg, VA, formerly of Bowie, MD, and proudly born Michigander, passed away on October 5, 2021, and is survived by her son Joseph Mustafa of Bowie, MD, and daughter Shethir Riva (James) of Stafford, VA, along with grandchildren Gabriel and Norah.
