MILLIGAN, Barbara F., age 82, of Taylor, June 12, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Norman Milligan. Loving mother of Barbie (the late Ed) Neal, Debbie Milligan, Norman, Jr. (Tina) Milligan, and Loretta (Leonard) Eagle. Dearest grandmother of Christopher (Jen), Chad (Melody), Brandon (Katie), Amber (Matt), Nick (Danielle), Tim (Katie), Sheri (Mark), Tommy (Caitlyn), Shawn (Teresa), Steven (Tiffany), great-grandmother of 27, and great-great-grandmother of 1. She is survived by her brother Willy (Dee) Gilliam. She is preceded in death by her sister Kay Baldwin. Barbara was a longtime member of New Hope Assembly of God Church. She was a proud grandmother.
