MULLINS, Barbara L., age 72, of Woodhaven, February 13, 2017. Loving mother of Tammie Kemnitz, Steven (Kathy) Kemnitz and Leona (Mark) Jankowski. Dearest grandmother of Debra, Edward, Steven and Christopher. She will be loved and missed by her great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by brothers David, Barry and Frank and her parents Ralph and Mina Smith. Barbara not only raised her children single handedly but was “mother” to others as well. She was a nurse from 1971 on and was a very caring person. Barbara loved bingo, bowling and going to the casino.
