MOSLEY, Billy R., age 83, of Newport, May 16, 2024. Beloved husband of Joyce Mosley. Loving father of Kathy (Brian) Vallie, Alan (Ken) Cwidak-Mosley, and Suzanne Hardin. Dearest grandfather of Matthew (Megan) Mosley, Tracey (Jeremy) Russeau, Nicholas Vallie, Lindsay (Sam) Black, Erika Vallie, and great-grandfather of Tyler, Madelyn, Mason, Madison, Kaidence, Braden, Laelin, Carter, and Raiden. He is survived by his brother Paul (Sandy) Mosley, as well as many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He is preceded in death by his son Jerry Ray Mosley, grandson Bryson Mosley, parents Claude and Mae Mosley, and his siblings Dorothy Mosley, Joe Mosley, Thomas Mosley, Connie Mosley, and Vernon Mosley. His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
