MAPP, Earnice, age 66, of Taylor, June 25, 2022. Beloved mother of Danielle Fluellen, Robert (Jasmine) Martin and Amber Carvalho. Loving grandmother of Amber, Terrell, Elisa, Andre, Caia, Brielynn, Robert Jr., Tiberius, Arcadius, Maximus, Jaiden, Dominc and great-grandmother of Terrell Jr., Tabias, Troy and Alani. She is also survived by Jonathan Mapp, her sisters Velma Jordan and Annetta Walton, her twin sister Bernice Smith and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter Juanita Martin, her mother Idell Walton and her fur baby, Baby Mapp. Earnice loved all of her friends, golfing and her fur baby Benji Martin. Her cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.

Earnice was my dearest friend for over 40 years. I am so saddened by her passing, but eternally grateful to have known her and to call her my friend, spiritual mentor, cussing buddy, and vegan pal. I miss her so much. I believe that God has a plan for all of us and he fulfilled his plan for Earnice’s life here on earth. I believe she is now with the angels and basking in the glory of God. Words cannot express my grief! Earnice was my Administrative Assistant throughout my 12 year tenure as Chief Judge of the 36th District Court. She was perfect for the position. We made a great team and kept in touch after we both retired. My sincere condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed but we can be grateful that such a wonderful, loving and spiritual human being was in our lives for a while. marylin atkins
