Loving father of Frank Maida, Jr., Michael Maida, Sherry Ray, Toni Maida, John Belken, Gina Maida, and Lisa LeBrun. Dearest grandfather of 12, and great-grandfather of 6. He is survived by his brothers Charles Maida, Jr. and Peter Maida. He is preceded in death by his son Jimmy Belken.
