MacDermid, Janet L., age 85, of Van Buren Twp., July 19, 2021. Dearest wife of John MacDermid. Loving mother to Karen (John) Bollman, Norman MacDermid, and Jerry Beloved grandmother to Chelsea (Luke) Bungee-Bollman, Katie Bollman, Lillian MacDermid, and John MacDermid. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Murray and Theresa Murray Bowers, sisters Ester (Bill) Starr, Barbara (Mickey) McEhelen, loving step-father Raymond Bowers, and her sister-in-law, Norma Goff. Janet was affiliated with The First United Methodist Church and the Belleville Garden Club. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the American Cancer Society. Her cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home. Inurnment in Michigan Memorial Park.
