Obituary

It is with profound sadness and hearts still struggling to comprehend such an unexpected loss, the family of Jeffrey “Jeff” Allen McCullough announces his sudden and heart-breaking passing at the age of 54. Jeff’s life ended far too soon, leaving an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known and loved him.

Jeff was a man whose presence was impossible to overlook. Funny, outgoing, and blessed with an undeniable gift of gab, he could strike up a conversation with just about anyone. Beneath his larger-than-life personality was a deeply kind, thoughtful, and loving man—a devoted husband and father, a loyal friend, and someone who worked tirelessly to provide for the people he loved.

That same dedication was evident throughout Jeff’s professional life. He worked tirelessly as the General Sales Manager for Joe Ricci Automotive, bringing his natural ability to connect with people into his career. Jeff was hardworking and driven, but his greatest motivation was always his family and providing for those he loved.

Jeff was also immensely proud to have served his country as a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. His time as a Marine remained an important part of who he was and reflected the strength, dedication, and loyalty he carried with him throughout his life.

Music was another great love of Jeff’s life. Whenever time allowed, he worked as a DJ, something perfectly suited to his outgoing personality and love of being around people. He loved music, loved dancing, and knew how to have a good time. Whether he was behind the DJ booth, out on the dance floor, telling a story, making someone laugh, or simply enjoying the company of the people around him, Jeff brought unmistakable energy wherever he went.

Above everything else, Jeff loved his family. He leaves behind his beloved and devoted wife, Jessica McCullough, and his children, Jesica McCullough, Brandon McCullough, Savannah (Miguel) Jaime, Maddy (Eddie) Wiseman, and Liam McCullough. He is also survived by his parents Debra and Steve Perry, siblings Jackie Stolle, Tim (Beth) Swinea, Sean (Emily) Perry, and Samantha (John) Pesko, along with many extended family members, friends, coworkers, and others whose lives were touched by knowing him.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Mark McCullough; his mother-in-law, Donna Best; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Burke and Jason Burke; and his nephew, Damien Burke.

Fifty-four years was nowhere near enough time for a man who still had so much life left to live. Jeff will be remembered for his humor, his stories, his love of music and dancing, his dedication to his work, his pride in being a Marine, and especially for the love and devotion he gave to his family. The suddenness of his passing makes saying goodbye especially difficult, but the laughter, love, and memories Jeff created throughout his life will remain with those who loved him.

Jeff will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
